APPLICATION FOR SPACE – VFW MEMORIAL DAY FESTIVAL 2012

The Memorial Day Festival will be held May 25-28.  Set-up day will be announced.  All spaces will be 10x20 feet in size and will be rented on a first come / first served basis.  The spaces will be $40 per, plus the cost of the town license.  Spaces will be assigned as they are reserved, as opposed to selecting your spaces.  The VFW will not provide food services, therefore food vendors will be allowed to set up and are encouraged in the VFW complex.  All food vendors must have a food permit and meet all the Health Department standards prior to setting up for sale and will be inspected prior to opening.  All food vendors will be allowed to set up early (day to be determined) and must be inspected before food sales begin.  Food vendors may sell food on Thursday, May 24th.  All other vendors will set up on Thursday and commence sales on Friday morning at 8 a.m.  Tents may be set up on Wednesday, May 23rd, for all vendors but only food vendors will be allowed to set up due to Health Department inspections.

Tents may be rented through the VFW coordinator from the Florida Tent Company.  We will coordinate the installation and they will be set up on Wednesday, May 23rd.

Anyone wishing to rent a space for the 2012 Memorial Day Festival may do so by providing the following information and a $20 non-refundable cash deposit.

   If so, you must notify the Health Department at least 10 days prior to the event
in order to schedule an inspection and you must have the permit prior to being allowed to set up.
Food vendors must have a Health Department permit in addition to the town permit.

Also, please be advised that we cooperate with the Escapees RV Club, $10 per night.
